In accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2005 on environmental protection (as amended and supplemented) and Order no. 1134/2020 approving the conditions for the preparation of environmental studies, the criteria for certification of natural and legal persons and the composition and Regulation on the organization and functioning of the Certification Commission, AUDITECO is certified to carry out the following types of studies: Environmental Impact Report, Environmental Report, Environmental Assessment.

CERTIFICATES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL STUDIES

Certificates for developing environmental studies

In accordance with the provisions of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 195/2005 on environmental protection (as amended and supplemented) and of Law No 292/2018 on the assessment of the environmental impact of certain public and private projects, AUDITECO is certified to develop the following types of studies:

  • Environmental Impact Report
  • Environmental Report
  • Environmental Assessment.

Certificates for developing studies related to potentially contaminated sites

In accordance with the provisions of Order no. 1423/2020 1423/3687 on the approval of the Methodology for the investigation of potentially contaminated and contaminated sites, with its subsequent amendments, AUDITECO is certified to perform the following activities related to the management of contaminated sites:

  • Preliminary Investigation Report;
  • Detailed Investigation and Risk Assessment Report;
  • Feasibility Study;
  • Remediation Project;
  • Post-remediation Monitoring Programme.

Certificate for preparing technical documentations for the issuance of WMAs

AUDITECO is certified in compliance with Water Law no. 107/1996, with Ministry Order no. 584/20017 of the Minister of Water and Forests, respectively with the Ministry Order no. 1230/2020 of the Minister of Environmental Protection, Water and Forests the as a consultant in the following fields:

d) Development of technical documentations for the issuance of the Water Management Permits / Authorisations.

Since December 2004 AUDITECO has an Integrated Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System implemented in conformance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018. Our HSEQ Integrated Management System is certified by TÜV Austria and a guarantee of the importance that our company grants to the quality of the services provided and to the satisfaction of its clients.

AUDITECO GES has obtained Certificate no. 3 valid until 01.07.2023, being certified to develop technical documentations for the obtaining of the Water Management Permits/Authorisations.
